COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TKC competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom and the United States aged 18 and over only. Competition entry is free and no purchase is necessary. It is a condition of entry that the entrant will be deemed to have accepted all rules, terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them. All competitions close at 11:59 pm BST on the date specified in any messages given by TKC or their official representatives promoting each particular competition.
If a winner is not able for any reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be contacted by the Kingdom Choir, or its official representatives, within two (2) days of the first attempt to notify them, The Kingdom Choir then reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant. Failure to claim a prize by the time or in the manner specified will make the claim invalid. Prize must be redeemed within 14 days of the winner being announced. Any prize won as part of this Promotion must be accepted as granted. No substitutions or cash equivalent payment will be allowed, and no refund or transfer will be permitted.
